This is the first GMT+1 apartement, so it must be located in a new area/country.

 

Has anyone found out, which language they are speaking or even where this apartement might be located?

Portugal is on GMT 0, and they speak portuguese, and probably they are in Portugal, unless they could be in Spain, and then timezone would be correct. Till 25 October we have a Daylight Saving Time of +1 Hour

yes, of course, UK has summertime as well. 

And i think, that some others have summertime too
