    Do you think RLC tenants take a look at the official website?

    I wondered this, and wondered if RLC blocked the chatroom and their own site from web access in the apartments, parental control and all that. Then I thought, pointless, everyone has laptops, iPhone or equivalent, so all they would have to do is get an external internet connection. So the answer is probably YES.
