Yes. Some of them try to avoid cams and cover themselves when they are in bathroom or bedroom--for example Taboo-- and some don't seem to care--for example Blue-hair.

I would think there might be legal ramifications if rlc were allowed to 'video' anyone that was unaware of the cameras. It too might explain why no one ever visits L&P.
