I don't think there is any way to know if they are planning to leave flash, although they definitely should. They probably won't for security reasons, I imagine cams are harder to fool when the video is in flash than HTML5.

Don't think you can do that, the thumbnails are generated every so often by the site itself and refreshing would give you the old one.

They probably do at first but I would guess they just get used to it after a while, sometimes they do try to hide it. Yesterday Carla wasn't wearing much and covered herself with a pillow towards the camera.
