How about having a Premium room free to view for, say, one day, rotating among all apartments? I'm not sure if I'd like the tenants of that apartment be made aware of the thing...

Possibly some apartments aren't in the belonging of RLC and cams are just set up at tenants place and they are/were rewarded in good old money?

Sometimes it's not that easy to understand what's being said in the apartments due to the background noise, this is my experience. I speak the language spoken in one apartment but the few times I cared listen, the tenants bored me to the point that I preferred to lower the volume. I once translated a bitching among tenants on the chat but the audience didn't seem so interested. And yes, it's almost always better to guess what's going on and have you own mental movie.

Not sure what is now the popular consensus on Leora job but back in the day it was that she's a nurse.

What Judge and ilovetushy said works for me too. It definitely nice to see what's common life in others countries and with what they mess daily. Too bad they seems to live for their phones like anyone. But also their intimacy is nice to see and how their sexual tension develop. First contact with voyeurism was probably accidental when walking by I saw a young Swedish girl pulling off her bra inside her tent in a camping.
