    Maybe some codecs are missings? Installing k-lite codec pack or similar maybe helps. I can't play Mp4 movies for example without an additional codec.

    Klick on "More Reply Options" below the input box, then you can attach files (bottom left). After you uploaded a picture, just click "add to post".

    For android, you can use Flashfox. Crashes sometimes but the quality is ok. Unfortunately, I have no solution for WP8, I'm hoping they will change to HTML5 soon.
