  1. I think wizard and Plank have some good points, but as to "what" meets the "standard" of RLC may differ between many of us...specifically with regards to personal tastes.

If RLC is going to continue being a project (as they call it), then RLC may not continue on a path to remain what many of us consider RLC to be...a voyeur site. They could easily shift towards something "similar" as chatterbate or another like site...something along the lines of controlling the environments and/or couples' actions...perhaps with or without interactions with the cameras. Hopefully they won't, but it's difficult to predict the direction and goals of RLC.

Personally, I hope RLC gets back and stays on a course to offer us a voyeur site (as this is a pretty rare site with the quality it offers). And, I don't mind the occasional signs when the tenants communicate with us...as long as it does not turn into habit.

As to the types of tenants they offer, being attractive, thin, young or whatever is just a plus. I only have one criteria that the couples need to meet in order to keep me watching and keep me paying. Just be INTERESTING.

  2. Having the option to pick which apartments could be beneficial to both paying members and RLC. For paying members, this empowers us to choose our favorites and save money and for RLC, this gives them stats on the tenants and let's them know which tenants have positive impact for RLC as well as whether or not to keep good tenants and get rid of bad tenants.

What kind of red tape and legal stuff do you see involved in setting up shop in the U.S.? Keep in mind there are many voyeur and webcam sites as well as individuals with webcams (across the U.S.) operating successfully. And, RLC's (TechFashion's) servers are also housed in the U.S.

The only obstacles I can see with RLC setting up shop in the U.S. is advertising and drawing attention to the location and its purpose. If my next door neighbor advertised to our local news station that she and her husband were having sex on webcam for all to see, then I think there could be some issues arise from that. But, if it's not known and you're paying taxes on any earned income (1099 tax form), then I just can't see where the red tape is or how legality will come into play, assuming you're not shooting porn in a state where it is illegal to shoot porn (note: it is illegal to shoot porn in some states, but RLC is not a porn site, right?).

    So, am I missing something?

  4. Personally, I have always been in favor of replacing all tenants...not all at once and not immediately, but over time as each grows stale and uninteresting to watch. However, new tenants don't always show promise nor have the longevity to stay more than a month or so like many of the older tenants. Carla & Mario are the exception.

These days I find my interest in RLC dwindling, yet my voyeur fetish still hungers. So, I wouldn't mind if they brought back older tenants like Alma, Alina & Anton, Diana & Efim, Alisa, Milana (without Coco), Kristy, and Kamila.

Or RLC can get some interesting tenants that justify the time and money spent by us members. After all, it's not like RLC can't afford it.

The popular assumption has been that the tenants live in the furnished apartments rent free on a month by month basis. And, contracts have been spotted in a few of the tenants' apartments. Whether or not the tenants receive anything else from RLC for their participation is unknown.

So far, it appears that RLC has complete control over the apartments. We can easily assume this since it has "usually" been the tenants to go while the apartments remains on the site for another couple to move in.

As to whether RLC has ownership of the apartments or they deal with another party, who has ownership of the apartments, has not been established...to my knowledge.
