To be honest, the only apartments I watch are 

Leora and Paul.... Not for their action together but because Leora is always a pleasure for the eyes and she knows how to entertain us

Ilona and Layla.... Just cause they show us some stuff and we can actually see them regularly

Nelly and Bogdan... Well, in this case it was for their guests they had until yesterday. Now I don't know what to expect but a lot of people have good reviews about them

For the rest... I don't really care.

I do not know if it already exists, but it would be interesting that there were biographies of couples. Nothing personal, brief facts as residence, age and nationality.

I think the issue with that is more that the couples would probably like to stay anonymous. Personnally, if I was one of those couples, I wouldn't want other people to know to many details of my life to prevent stalker and other weird/dangerous people to find me. So I really don't think you could get their residence. Maybe age and job and country but probably nothing more. Or only if they want to

i agree that tennants should be rotated more often , For example Maya and Stepan have been there forever and rarely do anything that can be classed as exciting . I would also like to see some other cameras being opened up on free. Why is there only one camera in Dasha's house available and none for Katka.

It would also be good if they had an online profile , age, interests and we could message directly for them to read as has been suggested already. Therefore we could suggest things for them to do / act out . Would allow Paul to amuse himself other than just picking his nose.

If we start telling them what to do /act out, then it is not anymore a Real Life thing. They should be able to act as "naturally" as possible.

In France, the "tradition" would be to keep your tree until at least the Kings Day like said just above. But I've seen people keeping it until the end of January or even longer.

You could also easily create a way for pics to appear in a GIF format. Then with a lot of pics, you create a simple file.

RLC used to pop up on my screen and I used to close it all the time without looking.
The first time I actually stayed was when the actual guests in Nelly and Bogdan's apartment had some fun on the couch. Quite fast but fun for a start.
