I've seen a few disparaging, cynical comments in both forums, in the aftermath of The Kissing, downplaying the significance of it, claiming that it was staged by RLC for marketing purposes, or acted out by the girls in order to keep the apartment (and therefore their current livelihood and lifestyle) alive, not withstanding whatever they may be into off-site. I've replayed my personal vid-cap a bunch of times. I've got to say, if those girls were faking that, they are far better, far more gifted actors than is in any way credible under the circumstances. Those were two women who loved each other and cared genuinely for each other. It was one of the most gentle, tender, affectionate, yet compellingly erotic things I've ever seen. Those were two really happy people sharing that moment. I hope for their sakes it's just a beginning for them -- regardless of what the rest of us get out of it!

Watching K and K is making me crazy. I don't understand the language and so cannot follow their conversations. But when I simply see the two of them together, the way they behave together, they are so obviously a couple who care about each other. They unmistakably enjoy each other's company. They talk and share endlessly. When Kamila was talking with Kristy in the kitchen yesterday, Kristy was totally focused on her and obviously cared. But when either of them is with the respective BF, it seems completely different. Neither girl seems to enjoy the guys the way the two girls enjoy each other. The guys both seem like losers. Kristy's guy couldn't put down the damned phone long enough to pay attention to her, and they didn't make out till finally he was done with his other distractions. Kamila's guy seems motivated mainly to control her and get in her pants. This is baffling to me. The only scenario that makes any sense to me, that looks like it has any real future, is for both girls to lose the dudes and get back to just being Kristy and Kamila and get serious about it!

Seems odd, inconsiderate, insensitive, even hurtful, for the other two girls to take off and leave Danaya in the townhouse by herself while she's packing to leave. Just my opinion. Danaya's been through a lot emotionally during her not quite 3 months in the place -- her involvement with Ilona (I believe Danaya really fell in love with Ilona), and then with Adele, and her loss of both of them when they moved out. She must have very mixed feelings about it all -- probably not entirely sad to be leaving. I wonder if she'll be able to hook up with Ilona and/or Adele again when she gets back to Russia. Maybe she's actually got something to look forward to now. Unlike us who just watch her go ...

Foul indeed! This sucks, even. If there is any truth to the prevailing impression on the forum that this is Danaya's penultimate night in the townhouse, perhaps going off line for the sake of privacy was at Danaya's request. Given her penchant for attempting total secrecy and cover-up even when she's merely jilling, for crying out loud, is she likely willing to intertwine her loins in passionate gasping engagement with a comely partner out in the open where <gulp!> the whole world could be watching?!

After watching BF and Kamila get it on in her bed tonight, does anyone still seriously believe she broke up with him?!!

Seeing the way Adele could put away the groceries, I think Danaya trying to cook for her would have been exhausted trying to keep up with Adele's appetite!
