I have often wondered about the pets, there seem to be a lot of them across the apartments, So are they the tenants or do they" belong to the apartment? Quote

I hope they haven',t but the apartment has been under maintenance a long time, I've also noticed that the Thumb nail images in many of the apartments are also blurred so perhaps there is a general problem?
