Incentive for the tenants ?

Recommended Posts

So what does anyone think about the subject of what if, if they do not already, and I do not believe they do considering the amount of happenings with the tenants, RLC offered something more, than a place to live and bills paid, to the tenants who have more visitors time in their apartment on a month to month basis, at the end of each billing period. I for one, think that it would probably be a pretty good idea, because it would be more of an incentive for things to happen with the tenants, but that's just what I think. We would probably see more sex and/or masterbations form them. Anybody else want to weigh in on this subject matter on their opinion ?

Thanks for the replies folks, but I'm just thinking that with a little something more offered from RLC, then it would probably be more encouraging for the tenants to do more to attract visitors to their apartments and spend more a little more time there, to observe whatever it may be that those tenants do, which would hopefully involve something interesting and hot.

Maybe they have some sort of ranked scale, where the ones with the most view time get the highest bonus. That would certainly explain why Leora walks around 90% naked all the time and puts on obvious cam shows in all the free rooms.

I'm with you though... I say offer some tangible incentives to put on more of a show. I guarentee it would increase RLC membership and more than offset the extra operating costs.

What kind of red tape and legal stuff do you see involved in setting up shop in the U.S.? Keep in mind there are many voyeur and webcam sites as well as individuals with webcams (across the U.S.) operating successfully. And, RLC's (TechFashion's) servers are also housed in the U.S.

The only obstacles I can see with RLC setting up shop in the U.S. is advertising and drawing attention to the location and its purpose. If my next door neighbor advertised to our local news station that she and her husband were having sex on webcam for all to see, then I think there could be some issues arise from that. But, if it's not known and you're paying taxes on any earned income (1099 tax form), then I just can't see where the red tape is or how legality will come into play, assuming you're not shooting porn in a state where it is illegal to shoot porn (note: it is illegal to shoot porn in some states, but RLC is not a porn site, right?).

So, am I missing something?
