No junk food is the key and ex-communist countries must have banned anything tasty years ago - ergo, everyone looks great, but have a shit sense of humour (maybe that was just my missus) Quote

I stay lean by drinking mostly water and tea. In europe its the same as africa and asia. Only here in america you see lots of fat peoples and bad food habits. Everything here now a days is bad chemicals mix in food and bad ideologies. Its important for men to go back to there roots and advance again Deliver me Quote
