Have previously joined and watched RLC on my tablet using archived version Adobe Flash Player 11.1 even though RLC said it was not supported for tablets. Recently I had to restore my tablet back to factory condition. Now I cannot get the Adobe archived version to download on my tablet. Why?

I downloaded the Puffin Web browser and it works great.  It doesn't have to be your main browser, just an app. It even worked on my Samsung Note II. Thanks for the advice.

you can use a few different browsers for ipad and android , just search  for puffin or dolphin browser in the app store
