Exactly what video formats are we allowed to upload as attachments to message? I've tried .mp4 and .avi but get an error message saying I'm not allowed that format.

 

The file loaded runs to completion and the files are under 100mb.

 

I have been able to attach .wmv but these don't run well in Windows Media Player.

 

Thanks for any help.
