I think a good addition to the site would be an alert button that sets a flashing dot or icon next to the apartment tenants names. The button would be easily seen and accessible by anybody who is currently watching the streams. It'd be used for alerting everyone (anyone currently watching the streams) if something worth watching is happening. As long as people use it responsibly.
