I live in Canada so there's not a hope at all of me seeing these people outside of their apartments. 

Definitely I will be wishing to meet by chance one of the RLC tenants if I go to Barcelona. Could be quite interesting for both sides if that happen and I say hi to them 

They would probably be weirded out since you basically tell them "I've seen you bone each other". Maybe better to not say anything

well the only interesting thing that would be happening is that the appartment would be shut down and you never see them again. RLC take this very seriously

Since I too live in Canada and have no plans to travel to Europe, the odds  are very good that I would never meet any of the tenants.
