I said it before and will say it again, "That apartment is just cursed".  It doesn't seem like any of the couples last there.

You are getting confused the apartment Elisa & Fima are living in is the cursed one , this apartment only Suzan & Hector have lived there before Kitty and Smith moved in.

Thankfully, the drama is over and done with. Let's hope that RLC will be more careful screening applicants for the apartments. I keep hoping for some attractive people who have had some life experience and aren't covered in tattoos.

My mistake. You are correct. Elisa and Fima seem to be doing their best to break the streak of that apartment.
