I'm not sure of the location of Stesha 'n Marco and Taya 'n Will but all the others with the "Aeroplane/Away" icon are located in Russia.
May 8th 'n 9th is a major public holiday in Russia. Victory Day which commemorates the surrender of Nazi Germany to the U.S.S.R. in 1945, at the end of World War II.
