For those interested in apt R2 (AGS) R2 is equipped with a security sas for the main entrance of the apt, that is to say that to leave this apt there are 2 doors (as for an entry in a bank) So to the right of the cam 6 it's only the first door (that's why it's often open) but to get out of apt R2, there's the second door that corresponds to the main door of apt R2 RLC did not put it on the map of apt R2 deliberately as RLC had not put on the laundry room plan at B1 before installing the camera of course.

Note also that the restroom say rather the door of the restroom when it is open is visible and I just say the door (that's also why RLC tried to fool us by not putting the restroom on the map), the restroom is located to the left of the cam 6

And finally, and this is only a guess, our happy tenants have in addition a covered room for smoking near the apt with the high standing of the building a smoking extractor.
