Well, i have 3 cats myself and i dont mind they sleep in bed, because they are clean. A dog is a different matter.

Personally I've always found sleeping with pets fine. Although its a bit odd when the couples go at it with the pet near them :/

Pets are great! I always let my pets sleep with me, but for RLC I'd assume it's just to give the feeling of life in the apartment when people are out.
