After being a premium member for almost a month I have only seen Marta and David have sex once. There is more going on in the standard membership area than in this area. Quite agree with you i don't think the girls apartment is worth the extra premium unless you just want seeing girls walk around in their underwear and nothing exciting ever happens they are all obsessed with their laptops and phones. Marta and David do have sex but is never any specific time they seem to be spurred into action at anytime and i mean anytime. Having said that i will probably not renew my premium membership either. Will miss the multiple windows but the motion detectors seem to be activated by anything such as flashing lights and animals wandering around.
