  1.   We have seen many videos of Leora and her 'shows' she puts on.

I've know a number of dancers outside of work. And "I'm getting hot being naked in front of you" is definitely an act 90% of the time. Not least because "I'm only interested in your £20 for this private dance" is not the best money making line known to mankind. A lot of a dancer's 'toolkit' is convincing punters money is secondary to them. Which of course it's not.

Leora and her other half have got a nice apartment - and probably a better one than they could afford if they were doing conventional jobs. In that situation, of course you're going to get a performance.Just as Zoya ritually gets under the shower at the same time every evening. Or the bulk of the girls chose to wear panties in their apartment rather than jeans.

This site is real life with a large dollop of entertainment stirred in. I've just noticed while typing this Leora is currently not wearing any panties - which will get the viewing figures up. And keep her in the apartment...

  2.  I think he meant to gain information about the tenants and players on rlc; not the internal workings of the site.

Most rlcfan members aren't interested in how it gets to us (TOO Techie), more so the nudies and fuckins.

I take your point, but the two are inter-related. The better RLC's business model (i.e. more profit) the better the incentives they can offer to tenants. For example giving (say) the top three most viewed apartments each month a cash bonus would encourage behaviour that drives up traffic. Similarly gifting a bottle of spirits and a couple of bottles of wine to apartments that generate over a specific level of traffic might loosen inhibitions.

As to the details of the tenants - no thanks. There comes a point where that crosses over from curiousity into stalking/obsession. I'm quite happy for them to remain pixels on the interweb.

  3. As I still consider myself the new guy, I thought I'd ask.   What are your favorite tools when it comes to figuring out what's going on behind the scenes on RLC.

Start by learning about how internet businesses run. Then start figuring out:

    • What type of hosting and bandwidth is involved - and how much does it cost?
    • What legal hoops does RLC have to jump through to broadcast?
    • What is the business model - financing, target audience, etc?
    • How does RLC differentiate itself from other voyeur webcams?
    • What incentives does RLC offer to tenants to get them to perform in a way that's interesting?
    • Etc, etc.

Put your basic business model down in a Word document, then start doing the financial modeling in an Excel spreadsheet. If you're really interested in figuring it out, the information is out there on the web. But running a business like RLC and making a profit is by no means simple. I have a decent knowledge of how omnichannel retail works - RLC is a pretty slick operation.

  4. I think it's more of a case of do they read this forum? If they want to get feed back on what people think of them, it's probably a good place to get it. But I'm guessing that those who read it are those that get largely positive feedback. Ilona would be a good example. If you get largely negative feedback - like Paul - you probably don't read it.

The other reason for reading a forum like this would be RLC's business model - if the tenants get a 'performance' incentive based on share of camera time, this would be a good place to get hints and tips as to what people like/watch.

  5. This is a site I figure you take a month's membership every few months. A bit like time lapse photography. I'll let mine lapse at the end of this month, then resume in March/April. I'll be able to answer pressing questions like:

    • Can Ilona get more narcissistic? (Although to be fair, she has a really nice figure).
    • Will Paul be cured of OCP (Obsessive Compulsive Picking) Disease.
    • Will Suzan and Hector do anything interesting?
  6. Running any business is complex. RLC starts with a big hit against it - the abundance of free porn on the interweb. And it's got the problem of finding couples who are willing (at a minimum) to be seen nude - and at worst - having sex. I would imagine the supply is needed. As the rest it's money in v costs. I'm guessing the apartments are located in low cost parts of the world: ditto a lot of the attraction for the occupants is free food and lodgings.

RLC has apparently been going for several years now, so they've got something right. The questions is whether they can improve on what they're doing and whether they're making enough profit to do so.

  7. It's legalised voyeurism. Whereas I wouldn't dream of peeping through a neighbour's window, the people on the site are fully aware there are cameras and people watching them. So unlike my hypothetical neighbour - who would probably be exposing herself  accidentally  - they've consented to be spied on.

I'm interested in body language, so it's interesting to watch the interaction between different people. The story that tells is sometimes different to some of the posts on this forum. And it's interesting to see the girls under the shower, but watching people having sex is a personal step too far for me.

  8. My fundamental question is does RLC give all of the tenants access to their ranking system?  To be able to see where your particular apt stands in the rankings against other apts?  # of hits, frequency, duration, etc.  That would be cool because it would give them incentives to somewhat compete against each other for the top spots.

You could work it out by looking at the thumbnails with premium access. The girls that get the most attention are (in order):

    1. Ilona
    2. Leora
    3. Masha

    In terms of activity:

    1. Girls under shower
    2. Sex
    3. Cameras showing girls likely to take part in (1) or (2)
  9. This is just a reminder to you guys no one worded posts are allowed on this forum or they will be deleted mostly without you even knowing you will also be reset to 0 posts and return to member status also it is not 25 posts in 1 day like most of you was thinking this is also not allowed

Fair enough. However, the glacial pace of discussion does make it difficult to make 25 sensible posts prior to expiring of old age...

    :-\

  10. BTW - what happened to a number of the threads? They seem to have disappeared. For example the girl's individual threads have gone from the Sara, White and Illona forum.

Call in Sherlock Holmes - the games afoot...

Edited to add: Added a couple of posts and my post count increased by 4 or 5. Suggests to me that the missing threads are there but not displaying in the forum. Hope your Admin guys like debugging databases.

  11. I couldn't find a general FAQ.

Any restrictions on language on the site? For example I tend to put an asterisk into potentially offensive words - so I'd write f*ck up.

I take it as read that any racist language, really offensive comments, etc are going to result in a ban, but are there any other rules of site etiquette to be aware of?

  12. A 12 hour spread would most definitely help the viewing inasmuch as English, ( unless Quebec ) more than likely would be spoken and that in itself would draw a western crowd.

Get a book on body language - hours of entertainment to be had. Such as when Mario had done something to p*ss Carla off. Watching him trying to talk his way out of it was a masterclass in unconvincing body language. I suspect Mario was guilty as charged.

  13. The choice of volunteers may be limited - not everyone wants their live broadcast 24/7. Getting a free apartment with (I suspect) most of the bills paid is a good incentive for some couples to move in. But I doubt it does your employment prospects much good.

As to the activity in apartments, they've tried to space them across time zones - there's currently a 6 hour spread in local time. Put an apartment or two in the US/Canada and you've got a 12 hour spread.

  14. The popular assumption has been that the tenants live in the furnished apartments rent free on a month by month basis. As to whether or not the tenants receive anything else from RLC for their participation is unknown. And, some of the tenants do work. It is also coming to light that many of the girls on RLC are models.

Which is fairly logical - as I doubt many people will want to put their lives 24/7 on the internet for free. The models bit would make sense as well, considering the cams in the showers. If you've already done lots of glamour modelling, it's not going to make a lot of difference if you're seen in the shower.

  15. The UK. Apart from the obvious attraction of the ladies in the shower, I've always been interested in body language (no pun intended). Which means although I can't speak the languages, it's interesting to watch the interactions between the people in the varying apartments.

  16. Goods odds some of them don't have jobs. Youth unemployment in Spain for example is not far short of 50%. Particularly in the winter with tourism dead. Sensible business model for RLC: offer free or low cost apartments to unemployed couples. They don't have a lot of money, so will spend a lot of time indoors and on camera.

Downside is that have nude videos of yourself all over the interweb is not good on the CV...
