    IS it a RLC rule that they cannot work or attend a university? It seems with free rent going to get a degree at a university or working would allow them to save for when they dont have free rent and leave RLC. Shit i would have mulitple degrees and a huge bank accound saving all that money

    If Carla and Mario are moving out, I guess the apt will be gone for a couple of weeks and then return as another premium apt without any action.
