Well if RLC are looking at a future money grab they are going to be hugely disappointed i think. I don't think RLC have ever heard of customer service as i surely have never experienced any apart from their prompt way of banning good loyal customers of which many will never return. I have lost count of the many good members we have had on here who are no longer with us which is a shame as we have had many good chats in the past. I look forward to hopefully an improved and more open policy when the new management take over but am not holding my breath. It is rather strange that one person can post one link to the shoutbox,no ID number shown and yet within 5 mins he was banned, Namely myself lol. But what is even stranger is that many people seem to be able to post stuff all the time and never seem to get banned Still meanwhile i am enjoying my freeloader position and have just saved £30 for this months fees which is just as well as recently there seems to be almost nothing worth justifying these fees. Don't understand why some videos seem to get stretched after starting off ok, it only seems to happen on those using Bandicam? It seems if the user resizes the window frame the picture doesn't maintain the same picture ratio, surely there must be a setting where the ratio is maintained when resizing the frame? My video recorder doen't seem to suffer from this stretching problem and can't see how multiscreens affects it as you are only capturing one screen at a time. Very strange and a shame as it spoils the video experience. Have also noticed that those using Bandicam often suffer from greyed out screens kicking in sometimes which obliterates the picture?
