Apartment is under maintenance which most likely means a couple is joining them or they are leaving and we get new guests.

Wonder if another couple will join them since Jasmin and Jim have left

Jim is another one who never changes his underwear. Hope this couple gets another one to share the apt with who is actually fun and does not stare at their phone all day long.
