When Kamila's door is fully open, you can see the complete hallway. There is a room that is unaccounted for on map layout of the upstairs. Nora took the girls up to that room then Nora came out went to Kamila's room and pulled the door close. This cut off the view of the hallway, and it was like the girls were completely off the radar!
