    apparently RLC has limited free cams to 4 hours daily then you get that message if you try the following day it should work again for another 4 hours. hope this answers your question

    IS it a RLC rule that they cannot work or attend a university? It seems with free rent going to get a degree at a university or working would allow them to save for when they dont have free rent and leave RLC. Shit i would have mulitple degrees and a huge bank accound saving all that money
