Mentioned a few times you should be able to choose a certain amount and pay by that some way. Especially the amount they have or had. A lot of it, you are paying for apartments/tenants you either have no interest in or don't do shit. That's another problem they need to address. Letting tenants get away with doing Jack shit. Still say get some older women in. High sex drives and can actually masturbate. -
