Well I've smoked for 30 years, during this time I've tried 3 times to quit without never succeed. Five months ago decided to try vaping and never bought a pack of cigarretes again or smoked one single cigarrete. It does provide the same satisfaction as cigarretes provide. But I did more than just to replace the method of seek for nicotine. I was able to start managing the amount of nicotine intake being right now with 1/6 from the initial amount which was equivalent to 1 pack of 20 cigarretes a day. Did I quit the smoke? YES for five months now. Remember that the inhaled smoke is the culprit of all damages for health not the nicotine. Did I quit the nicotine addiction? Well not yet, but as of today I'm doing just fine with 1/6 of my 30 years habbit dose. Do I get any satisfaction from it. Hell, Yes!! Surely it requires direction and self-control to change from normal cigarettes to vape. I like to compare this change with switching a petrol car by an electric car.

So when you watch her using her e-cig, please get nicely impressed because she isn't using cigarettes.
