I'm watching Nelly using an E-cig at the couch.
Guys, many of the tenants are smokers and they do smoke usually out of the cams angle and apartments balcony. This must be a rule set by RLC.
As to vape (e-cigarettes) whether RLC has set a rule or not, let me help you to consider this as I am also a vaper for five months now and already had the opportunity to do some research myself to know what I'm talking about:
1) Vape isn't smoke.
2) According the British Government this year latest researches, vaping is 95% safer than smoke.
3) Scientists are placing vape side by side with vegetables and fish at the risky consumption goods where tobacco, alchool and drugs are at the top, followed by fats, sugar and salt and at down base comes the vegetables for their pesticides, fish for heavy metals being on the same level e-cigarettes.
4) To smoke is like get in a motorway / highway in the wrong direction, to vape is like get in a motorway / highway and exceed the speed limit in 3 miles per hour.
So when you watch her using her e-cig, please get nicely impressed because she isn't using cigarettes.
