i do agree that the chat room is getting ridiculous now from the noobs a.k.a newbie who think's thay know what's going on in every apartment  then you have your trolls and the people who see phantom touches to some one just show so and so same skin or they start to make up shit that is or is not happening. but to be honest it is kind of funny when you read the chat room but you just cant help it but to laugh at the newbies

It is very hard not to be rude to the member as they are convinced they are right lol you just have to either walk away or just keep quiet and not get into an argument.

I agree with both of you and I'd just like to point out that I'm seeing an increase in members with Hero status that almost always have no posts to the forums, but attained said status from being active within the shoutbox.

I say this because their attitudes and contributions are shit and I can't keep buying extra toilet paper and pay for an RLC membership.

Tool is right. I stumbled on a Camcaps thread bashing L&P and one commenter said, "be careful, Leora posts here regularly under .............."

It was removed by a mod before I could see her username. Honestly, it wouldn't be hard to access RLC despite the restrictions, and none of these tenants, aside from Leora, have shown interest in it. SugarBonnie has a rule on her Cam4 page banning any talk of RLC. 

It's really not about being tech savy, they just don't care.

 Don't suppose there is any known method of getting any message to them? For example "Lev, you are a lazy slob" or "Paul, you don't deserve Leora"?  

If communication were possible, all of these tenants would be driven to suicide or at the very least, years of extreme therapy.

She needs to be accompanied by a psychiatrist and maybe she already is. The stopping of auto-mutilation is difficult

unless you put her in isolation with a single canvas shirt and maybe even have to fixate her on a bed, attached to the floor.

And her nails should be shortened every few days. Then it will stop, but certainly not solve the trauma, on the contrary her 

mental condition will become worse.

And it would become pure hell for her and thus is not the right way.

She must not be allowed to draw attention to her by means of the scratching for then it will increase. Only attention she

must get is the necessary medical care, no more. The treatment is for the psychiatrist. 

She does not even want to do it herself but is driven to it by tension and that is what she should learn to control.

The scratching will then stop eventually. But as I said elsewhere there are severe cases who never stop, maybe only

when they are getting old.

It raises a lot of compassion but, again, don't show it. Just say I'm sorry it had to happen. And absolutely don't blame or

reject her ! Pick up ordinairy life as soon as possible.

She only does that because RLC can't strap a camera to her inner thigh and point it upwards.

I never get to subscribe, as what the public cameras show is quite boring (interested in lives, not sex). Maybe if they showed one of each kind of room I could be convinced easier, not in each apartment but at least one.
