Anybody else having the issue where the video stream stops and when it starts again they're in the same place that it stopped at. If its live streaming, shouldn't they have moved on to a different location. Pre-recorded video played back? Thoughts??

I have had that too. No expert on live streaming but I guess when the video hits a bottleneck in the network it sits there until it can get through. Everytime we get lag we fall further and further behind real time.

If you reload the cam or jump to another cam in same room you should find that they have moved as you expected.

Of course I am puilling this theory out of my ass, so it could be completely wrong.

I doubt if it would be possible for the residents to do that but it definitely would be possible for those "behind the curtain".

Technically it's not "live" there is a 3-4 minute delay in broadcasting  in case rlc needs to cut feed if something happens

Yeah it's very funny too, but you saw that russian are very patriotic.

I think that has something to do with compression
