September 23, 201510 yr Looks like he's building crap.. If he's a ham that's common. Also, if he's a little slow on his code, he may be running a code reading program on the P.C. Thats why you hear the code .Particularly if his English is poor. Most CW is in english and reading it as it come in would be hard if he's hearing it as English code but thinks in Russian.. I can't hear it loud enough to write it out, also my code is pretty poor now.. Been a ham for 40+ years but not really active for the last 30..
