Paul is what you refer to in movies and TV shows as a "character actor". He is especially trained for his mannerisms and actually does it well. Leora plays her part extremely well too since she is so well admired. After all, RLC tenants are actors and includes up and comers (or is it up and cummers) and even allows animals/pets that are especially trained for use by the screen actors guild. Come to think of it - real life and acting is the same thing - isn't it?

Maybe Paul is just a practical guy? Maybe a good vibrator cost 50 rubles and the jigsaw only cost 45 rubles! Plus you can cut stuff with the jigsaw.
