It looks like most of the apartments on the VHTV site are participating in or having a Halloween party of some kind, and all are looking good and sexy when it comes to their costumes.  One thing for sure VHTV tenants are on the same sheet of music when it comes to participation and working together.  I am sure from the looks of things where "members" are in for lots of sex and freaky shows with lots of Tricks and Treats tonight!! LOL8)
