Dave I too love the site but quite frankly fed up of having to cancel my card each time I renew plus go through the hassle of getting a refund.....haven't renewed since February and will not be doing.

I guess because somebody is making a shit load of money out of this and Segpay has to be implicit

Ok I just checked another card I've used and same again...Like Super 138 there was not enough funds when they tried to take the $45 but they cam back and took the $8 that was in. Definitely will not be renewing any membership with RLC. Everyone.....you all need to check your card statements, this is fraud no matter how you look at it.

I had an erroneous charge 3 weeks ago. The charge was made same day I renewed my subscription with RLC and was made from Florida. US$46.16 charged by SHSTROK.COM. whoever they are. Bank issued new credit card but I've since cancelled my sub with RLC and won't be renewing. I do not trust SegPay anymore.

Yes, I get the frames freezing a lot, but surely if this causes a time lag then a simple refresh should bring you up to current time? or am I expecting too much for the money we pay?

Why do I sometimes have up to 15minutes delay between one cam and the next? e.g Eva living room cam running 15 minutes later than the kitchen cam?
