During World War II, Soviet Union lost 27,000,000 people, which is the lowest estimate. Someone--can't remember who--told me that in addition to rent and utilities, the tenants received a remuneration in the vicinity of € 1,500. However I don't know if this is correct or not and whether if this sum is "per household" or "per capita." However, given prolonged stay of some of the guests--such as Blue in C&S and Taboo in Z&L--I have a feeling that this sum is paid on a per person basis. In addition, in Eastern European countries, such as Russia and Ukraine, this sum will go a very long way. In Ukraine the nominal monthly salary is in the vicinity of $80-90. However, in Italy, for example, where C&S are presumably located, this money will not last long. I think it will be correct to think that RLC determines the remunerations for tenants according to region: Less for Eastern Europe and more for Western Europe. I think that also explains small number of apartments in Western Europe.

In one of the "purported" ads, published by RLC on Craigslist, tenants were required to give notice at least one day in advance before the arrival of a minor--below 18 years of age--guest. I want to think that this is the case with C&S. They have a minor guest and RLC has cut off feed for compliance with legal norms.

That's the dream of every boy and man. I think they are subletting the room--or couch as in the case of redhead--for extra €. Although they do not pay rent and utilities, they need money for food and other necessities, and in a European city I don't think they will be able to survive on RLC allowance. And moreover, they don't seem to have regular jobs. Pay attention to their clothes, they are cheap and few in quantity. Remember, Alina was dyeing hair of her friends for small amounts of money. I have seen Maya doing the same thing. After all, if they had a steady job with a sturdy income, they certainly wouldn't want to be on RLC.

Yes, I have sensed that interest in Carina. On her first day, Carina was roaming in the house with no panties--as usual--and in the living room she bent over to pick up something.
