The way the Gallery is now is from what RLC had done in July of 2017. The Site got pulled Offline by a DMCA Takedown. That's why there is no RLC Content in it now. We did extensive testing of different methods over the last several Months and the only way to move the Forum forward is the way it currently now sits.

As many know back in July of 2017 the RLCF Servers were shutdown and the Site was pulled Offline Temporarily due to a DMCA Takedown. Since the Site came back Online we have done extensive testing over the last several Months trying various methods of uploading to see which way worked and what way didn't work. The testing has now been completed and the only way to move the Forum Forward was to put the Sub-Forum Boards in place for the Paid Membership. Instructions are Posted in those Boards. The Sub-Forum Boards are not part of the Gallery. They are Attachments. Hero Members still have access to the Gallery which is located in the Top Menu Board. There is a Gallery Tab and a Download Tab. If any Hero Member wants to access the Paid Members Only Boards then a Paid Membership is required to gain access to those areas. Uploading of RLC Pictures and Videos can still be done in Open Forum Boards of RLC Apartments but a Third Party Host must be used in the Open Forum Boards. If any Attachments are placed of RLC Content in Open Forum Boards the Post could possibly be Removed or the Contents Edited and Reuploaded to a Third Party Host Site.

In July of 2017 the RLCF Servers got taken Offline by a DMCA Takedown which was the result of RLC Content being Posted to the Open Forum and the Gallery. After switching Servers and getting RLCF back Online the Gallery was no longer available since it was riddled by the DMCA. Since then over the last several Months we have tried different methods to see what was working and what wasn't working and then decide which is the best way to go moving forward. After all the testing was done the only way to move Forward is the result we have now. There is a Gallery and a Downloads Tab in the Top Menu Board that the remaining Hero Members can access. The Paid Member Boards are not Part of the Gallery. The Paid Member Boards are still being worked on that's why no notice has been placed. Once I get all the Construction of it complete a Notice will be placed at that time.

The way it was done the Poll settled it. There wasn't very many votes compared to the number than comes online to the Forum on a Daily Basis. Depending on the issue most Polls never generate high numbers. I thought it would have been about 100 Votes but it was only 26.

This Poll is now closed. There was 26 Votes in Total. Choice #4 appears to be the outcome.

The higher the Pixels the more Bandwidth is consumed. 720p or 1080p most users can't actually tell a difference between the Two on a Standard Computer Monitor. I believe RLC uses 1080p but if they took it back to 720p it would make a big difference on the Bandwidth with less buffering.

Each Apartment likely has an Certain Allotment of Bandwidth. When that Allotment is Exceeded then the Apartment Feed becomes a Buffering Issue for everyone trying to view it. RLC is not the only site with buffering issues. Most of the other Voyeur Sites have the same issues.

When making a Poll if there are more than 20 is to split it into 2 Polls. Have so many in the First One and so many in the Second One. Then all the names can be amongst. Members will just have a Vote in each one instead of just a Partial List. You can make another one. I'll leave this one as is for now then you'll have the list of names to work with.
