Bring up Command Prompt. Run it as Administrator. Copy & Paste everything in the red below. Enter: reg add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve If everything goes right, it should say "The operation completed successfully." Close Command Prompt and restart to make the override key take effect.

How did the guy manage to knock out only the 6 & 9 pins on the first ball without knocking any other pins over. It's physically impossible. Someone would have had to remove the 6 & 9 pins manually or have the machine set it up with the missing pins. I can see putting a ball between missing pins but would take a lot of practice to get the maneuver down to a science. I worked in that type of industry for 20 years as a pinsetter mechanic.
