Take all the premium apartments out and return it to it's normal format of 7 apartments. Because let's face it rlc was better in it's original format. rlc has gone downhill since the premium apartments come online and I think if rlc had just 7 apartments again it would be back to it's best and all that fake rubbish would stop because let's face it most of the fake stuff is coming from the premium apartments.

Also I would make full screen free to all viewers again because I don't think it makes a difference being premium or not

3. Un-blur thumbnails - Seeing what is going on would make people think more about subscribing rather than guessing what's happening.

4. Give the same number of free cams for each apt - Three all round. One in some and four in others is an odd choice.

5. Tell tenants that viewers aren't oblivious when they are obviously doing stuff just to get people watching!!

Main things I would change:

1. Remove the blurry thumbs
2. Remove the full screen restrictions
3. Remove the membership only apartments and the tenants in them
4. Offer sugarbonnie to become a full time tenant
5. Change the membership set up

• Keep the standard and premium types
• Have a trial membership for 3-5 days for both standard and premium
• Reduce the price
• Add an option to sign up for full access to 1 or 2 apartments that you choose at sign up at a cheap rate but with the price still make it a better option to fully sign up
• Offer more long term options

Random ideas I have

• set up a cam site like cam4 that runs parallel to the site with tenants given the option to do cam shows to earn extra money.  They can do either solo or couple shows.  Members have to option to add it onto there membership or solely sign up to the cam site.

I have thought a lot about this, and here is what I would do.

 

1.  Cut the number of apartments to 10, there are just too many now.

 

2.  Lower the membership rates.  There is so much free porn on the internet that it is difficult to justify $30 per month for standard and $45 per month for premium membership.  With lower rates many more people may be tempted to join.

 

3.  Minimize the number of apartments available to free viewers.  If they aren't paying they shouldn't see all of them.

 

4.  Rotate the free cameras through the apartments to give potential members a wide ranging view of the apartments, not just the living room or kitchen. 

 

5.  Promote the Gallery, but make it only available to members.  Posting 30 messages or paying $10 to access the Gallery is to little when members are paying such high fees.

 

6.  Allow paying members to vote the residents of one apartment out every 6 months.  This could really promote interest in the forum as members campaign for the residents they like and against those they would like to see leave.

 

7.  Finally, and most important to me, hire Vika as my personal assistant.  I don't understand the hold she has on me, but she does.  Her duties would include just what she does in her apartment, walk around topless or naked, make lunch, clean up, and make sure I'm comfortable.

I also think that having areas where they can hide from view defeates the object, especially when that can be exploited (Remember when K&K would be on the balcony for so long?). Each place should have a camera, but the bathroom and balcony should be the only places where there are no mics, so at least they have somewhere to go for private conversations, phone calls etc. That aspect of privacy is fine.

Pleasant, I totally agree all the apartments should have no hiding places, also those having an outside space should have a camera as long as it doesn't infringe on someone else's privacy, not only because of K&K's balcony episode, the last 2 mornings Paul and Leora have been out of there lounge window, and have done so on many occasions to the point there is more action outside than in these days.

 

We the customers should be listened too as we are paying for all their luxuries and RLC's wages

Pleasant, today 2 camera's went out in Leora and Pauls apartment so while I was putting together an e-mail about the camera's being out, I thought test the water and asked for extra camera's outside their apartment. I mentioned about all the action is now taking place outside. Their reply was "Currently installed camera's is all we can provide for this apartment now"

Good info, thanks. I do believe they take note of things people write, it's just a case of what they then decide to do.
