Load of nonsense I'm afraid. it's a problem with RLC - it means their flash doesn't send the right metainfo to the browser. Try Puffin instead

It does mean your IP is blocked. I have tried 6 different Browsers and all field the same results. The moment I connect with a VPN that invalid screen no longer appears and all cams become fully functional.
