I sent an email to support and the reply was for me to send them my new password and they would update it. I thought you're not supposed to give your password to anyone. Generally you are never supposed to give your Personal Information to no one. I'm not a subscriber so I can't help you there. You could cancel the subscription then when it expires just make a new account.
