Yes Hero Members and Paid Members can upload RLC Content to the RLCF Servers but only in the Specified Areas. Hero Members have access to the Gallery and Download Tabs at the Top in the Forums Menu. Paid Members can place their Content in the same place or use the Paid Member Boards. If any Content that is RLC Related placed in Open Forum Boards then a Third Party Upload Host must be used.
