Don't think most would bother, as long as there was something happening in B1 or B2 to moan about ( and most of the time it is moaning about something) they would be happy.

Can't see another Chatbox happening, but be good to see how many return or even stay and chat about other Apartments, plus have a laugh too.. ;)
