I have noticed at RLC,  voyeur-villa and voyeur-house that some tenants have used a knife to open a can. They have never heard of or have access to a manual or electric can opener? Scares the crap out of me when I see them struggling to open a can with a knife. One slip and blood all over the place!!! Have to observe closer to see if there are other modern day products that are not available in these countries providing voyeur cams.

Don't think most are the smartest lol you would think they would have a tin opener of some sort. There probably is one they just don't know what it's for.
