Good! But at the moment your site is unwatchable due constant video lags & buffering. Anytime anyone sends a support ticket you pass it off as your customers problem(internet connection,Routers,shit computer etc etc) There are loads of complaints on here and CC about this,you have done nothing to solve this issue! Your site is totally reliant upon video streaming and it is failing miserably,someone needs their arse kicked for this! You used to have great customer service,now it is as bad as rlc's ever was. We learned many things in the past year, some came hard way, some were essential things to happen.Like rlc, you have stopped listening to your customers,despite what this newsletter says! What hard lessons did you learn? Like don't get rid of tenants the customers like and replace them with cheap dross? We are happy to have any experience after all, as it makes us stronger, more stable, and even more passionate about what we do. Management bullshit 101. Start by making your servers & streaming reliable. Now we have a lot of work to do in 2020, and let us share some of our plans with you. Let me guess, price increase? Upcoming year will be feature-packed for Voyeur House TV and other projects of ours. Our main goal would become dividing the content categories between several Websites. Big mistake & might ruin you. And by many requests we plan to move all places with web-camming activities to other website, which is in the works already. So you have finally realised that your customers don't want to watch cam-girls,instead you would rather try to take on Chaturbate and all the other sites at their own game in a saturated marketplace? I will agree with some of that mate, and I have been critical of them for relying on others to help them,Krista & Andrew and Brenda most notably. But I reported on last night's soiree because of Alexandra,a legendary hellcat and we know what to expect from her. But it was the furthest I have ever seen Mel go with a 'new face',probably because she was drunk. Mel & Serg are very careful about how much they allow each other to stray outside of their relationship,which is a bad thing for us,but probably a good thing for their relationship. Which is why, when it does happen, Mel & Condor or Serg & Krista etc, it is a big deal. They have been around long enough to know what gets the viewers in, and clearly they are good at that, otherwise they wouldn't have been around here this long. Yes it is frustrating for us,but Mel & Serg are very aware of the forums feedback & don't get phased by it which you have to give them credit for.

I was going to to do a post about last nights gathering of the clan.Serg & Mel,Ina & Jonas,Craig & Bethany,Brenda & Alisa. The booze flowed,the games started,Mel opted out again which caused Serg to have words,Mel went to sulk in the bedroom. Ina & Bethany tried to rescue the situation.Jonas didn't seem up for it at all,and as the usual disagreement between Serg & Mel had happened,they probably knew that this evening would be crap. They left half way through the evening.Oh by the way,that pink hair colour really doesn't suit Ina. Brenda wasn't up for it either. She seemed pissed off at Craig & Serg for some reason. She kept herself to herself.Only Alcoholicat seemed to get any attention from her. Alisa chatted & looked gorgeous as always. Eventually the booze got the better of Serg & he retreated to the bedroom. Mel didn't give a shit,eventually Bethany checked on Serg & following some horse play,she encouraged Serg to return. But by now the evening was over.As Craig & Bethany started to leave,Craig was a little bit awkward with Alisa,but she is strong enough to repel his advances. He also had a conversation with Brenda,probably about Friday fun-time,she didn't seem interested in that either. The only good thing about this event was Bethany. She was a lot more relaxed & her & Craig seem in a better place. I must admit Bethany wearing a pink skirt & no pants did have my full attention. I am getting worried for the future of the Serg & Mel apartment.There have been too many evenings like this. They haven't got Krista & Andrew to rescue them anymore,and whilst Bethany & Craig and Ina & Jonas are usually fun, I feel they are getting bored with the issues between Mel & Serg that often put a dampener on these evenings. Serg is smart enough to know how to drag in the viewers,but another evening like last nights will not work for the majority of viewers,they will not have the patience to stay with it to watch it unfold,because in most cases these evenings disolve into plenty of nothing. I have been a supporter of these two for a while,I think Mel is very attractive woman,but even my patience is wearing thin.

There has got to be some serious questions asked about the 'On the ground-Managers' of some of these apartments. Alisa gets an apartment with a crotchety landlady,when they would expect Alisa to entertain guests. OK Alisa hasn't helped herself here by inviting half of the town's strays over to party, after already having a warning from the landlady. Looks like Alisa is camped at Brenda's for the time being.,which is great news for Brenda as her apartment has been struggling for me. Same goes for Darcie & Stiffy,they handed their apartment over to the local youth club, and now they are camped at Katrin's. This situation isn't going to help anyone,certainly not the viewers,especially coming up to New Year parties, or their Christmas parties. (around the 6/7th Jan?) VHtv need to get a grip of this! Two of the wrong apartments are off line,whilst some of the shit ones seem untouchable? 🤬

I can't comment on rlc,but as for VHtv, for me 15 of the apartments can go now. They seem to have gone down the budget supermarket route of 'stack it high,sell it cheap'. One phrase that keeps coming back for me would be; 'Quality over Quantity'. That goes for the participants and the cams.
