So what does anyone think about the subject of what if, if they do not already, and I do not believe they do considering the amount of happenings with the tenants, RLC offered something more, than a place to live and bills paid, to the tenants who have more visitors time in their apartment on a month to month basis, at the end of each billing period. I for one, think that it would probably be a pretty good idea, because it would be more of an incentive for things to happen with the tenants, but that's just what I think. in my opinion he is. He lays around all day doing little else but watching TV/internet stuff. And OMG what are those pajama thigs he wears around. I've even seen him wear them in fron of company. Zoya seems to be sweet. I can't for the life of me imagine what she sees in slug boy.

I mean seriously compared for instance to Carla and Mario (robably the worse couple ,) who are always watching TV and eating here we actually have a couple that seem's to have a healthy lifestyle... (not to mention that seem's to work every now and then)
