Maybe this is just too simple of an explanation, but just greet the chat room and start chatting about a particular apartment you are interested in.  If you have an interesting point to make there is usually someone who is going to jump right in.

there are 14 app on rlc to chat about .. but you would think there was only 2 because that is all you hear about k&k and other girls app..they must be the most boring apps at the moment one um till 27th if they return who cares any way and now looks like other girls app is not a girls app ? unless it a girl with a lot of facial hair and a deeper voice no a fence to blind ppl intended but alot of ppl must have dark glasses and white sticks there are 12 other apps to talk about..much more interesting than these 2 ....so try watching them you never know you might enjoy the change..    

maybe rlc rent the app on a 12 month contract ? and if tenants move out say after 7 months by the time they find other tenants to move in its not worth it for a few months.. so they give it up .

or the ppl rlc rent the app off have not been told what the app is going to be used for ? and some how they find out and terminate the cntract immediately that might be why some tenants just disappear all of a sudden then they would not let that app out to them again rlc has not told me this i made it up myself lol so if i am wrong ..i have no idea why ?
