Bring up Command Prompt. Run it as Administrator. Copy & Paste everything in the red below. Enter: reg add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve If everything goes right, it should say "The operation completed successfully." Close Command Prompt and restart to make the override key take effect. -
How did the guy manage to knock out only the 6 & 9 pins on the first ball without knocking any other pins over. It's physically impossible. Someone would have had to remove the 6 & 9 pins manually or have the machine set it up with the missing pins. I can see putting a ball between missing pins but would take a lot of practice to get the maneuver down to a science. I worked in that type of industry for 20 years as a pinsetter mechanic.

Likely be by May or June. Microsoft likes staying 2 operating systems ahead. Windows 10 support will be coming to and end in the next month or two. I wouldn't count on Windows 12 being free operating system. I read that Microsoft is going to be charging for that one.
