You can cancel that and get a Refund. Your under No Obligation to stay with RLC for another Month. Just tell them to cancel this last Payment and you'll get reimbursed. Wait past 7 days and you'll no longer be able to get the Money back. The extra amount was likely Exchange Rates those change on Daily Basis so One Month you could pay $49.40 and the following Month you could pay a Dollar Less or a Dollar more as the Rates fluctuate daily.

Contact Segpay and tell them to Cancel and get a Refund of what they just took. If you don't say Cancel they'll just keep taking the Money every Month.

I don't think they made very much with only 3 Apartments 2 of their own and the Rasputin Mansion. I see they have removed their Twitter Page.

Management hasn't responded as yet to let the Customers know what's going on. Rasputin was working about 3 hours ago when I last looked.

If it's any consolation as to what customers are doing if you look at the Ratings RLC is down by over 1.5 Million Page Views. That should be an inkling as to what Customers are doing. Now go look at the Page Views for VHTV they have increased significantly since what transpired on RLC. One Site fizzles and becomes another ones gain.

This Apartments Tenants are from the Former Spygasm Site so there will likely be a few that come and go on a monthly basis.

That hasn't happened. VHTV and VV are still Broadcasting from their Russian Apartments. The thing what Putin Signed into Law won't take effect until November when they Disconnect from the WWW if it even materializes.

LUC will be back they are just going through some issues encountered and they are also doing a Site Upgrade which will include many more Apartments than what the Site currently shows that are Currently sitting Offline. Management has assured they'll be returning but just never Specified a Time Frame as to when that will be. Spygasm their Site is finished to what I am aware of. Spygasm was run by the Cam Site Bongacams. When Spygasm ceased operating we received a Notice to Remove all Content. For RLC I have not heard anything as to what happened and why. Many have Contacted Support but as always RLC is Mute.
