January 24, 20169 yr Rlc must be rethinking their Human Resources Strategies when it comes to filling this Apartment. What a disappointment it must be for them, every occupant that ever lived here has failed to meet any thing close to expectations. Some were never there and some stayed less than a month, others found it easier to hide from the cameras than be seen. It appears that the current couple is duplicating the behavior of all of the past tenants, or at least the worst traits. The current freeloaders should be gone or replaced soon and rlc should either give the apt to someone proven or, better yet, just pull the plug and close it down. They certainly don't need yet another liability and this apartment has a proven track record of being a source of discontent... RIP I totally agree with you here , you hit the nail on the head..

January 26, 20169 yr I can almost guarantee that they won't be back today and RLC will change the return date til after February. It always happens with other couples. but we will wait and see.
